DAY 1: Sunday 7th June 2020 Delegates arrive Millenium Hilton Hotel, Bangkok.
Free time to acclimatise and freshen up.

DAY 3: Tuesday June 9th Hosted by Thai Optical Group including TOG visit
Thai Optical Group visit and presentation
Coach leaves hotel at 9am. Arrive at TOG 10am.

DAY 4: Wednesday June 10th - SILMO Bangkok
Trip to the SILMO Bangkok show 11am – 3pm.
Leave hotel at 10am.
SILMOAcademy by IOA will offer programme for local delegates at Silmo hosted by IOA members. IOA delegates are welcome to attend or to visit the show.

DAY 5: Thursday June 11th : Activities day
Morning Discovery Bangkok (canal cruise, palace and temple visits).
Lunch Supatra River House.
Afternoon Free time to relax /shop/visit a spa/sight see.
Evening Team building dinner at the Blue Elephant Restaurant. Enjoy an interactive Thai cooking class cooking a communal Thai dinner.
DAY 6: Friday 12th June
Morning Official IOA Meetings, all delegates invited. Programme to be confirmed, including vote for VP, State of Nation address and host country for IOA 2022.
Buffet lunch in hotel.
Afternoon Extra time in afternoon for AOB. Free time from 3pm.
Evening Tuk tuk transfer to Vertigo restaurant, followed by pre-dinner drinks and Presidential handover in private room.
Celebratory four course dinner at Vertigo.
