Hope or luck is not a strategy, and the future you envisaged rolled around pretty quickly didn’t it? Whatever your ultimate aim – profitable sale, empire, legacy, lifestyle, survival, or simply seeking to improve things – asking yourself the right questions is fundamentally important. It’s a better investment than buying a house, and you spend more time in the business.
